I haven't used THAT one personally. But usually you hold the power button until it flashes then fiddle with the buttons until you find which one changes you to the next setting to change.

This one looks like you'd wait for it to flash then you'd hit the peak button to select max boost. From there you turn the "increase/decrease" knob to increase the value. I'd also try holding the peak button until it flashes to see if that changes the setting.

The scrm button is most likely scramble boost which is a button you press to temporarily run more boost. Boost 1 and boost 2 are most likely different boost values so you can quickly switch between street and track boost values.

Yes, scramble boost is about as stupid as it sounds because you have to push the button while driving and hold it down while in boost until you want it to lower the amount of boost you are running. If you think about it why aren't you just switching to another boost mode?

I did a little bit of reading and it looks like there are some Supra guys that love this gizmo. I would go a do some reading over there. I didn't find anything really worth posting here, but there is at least some info.
