Agreed, -16 will do the trick thats what I used at least.. they are enough of a pain in the ass to deal with.

Availability of -20AN fittings in specialty angles or double swivels are difficult to get and can easily get to $150 per fitting.

Where were you 8 months ago when I got this AFCO radiator with the -20AN bungs welded on it? LOL

The I.D. of our t-stat housing is nearly the same as the I.D. of a -20AN fitting so it made sense to go -20AN, now I know why everyone does -16AN after forking the $60/ea for the straight hose-ends and $90/ea for the 45* ones. :barf:

:dsm:

My double swivel 45* -20AN fittings were BMRS and ProGold, $$$

I went with Red Horse for almost all of my AN fittings, there's a some earls in there too.

Speaking of $$ .. I plan to cut all my lines to install Jiffy-Tite no-leak quick disconnects in the next year on everything but the vacuum, brakes and clutch lines.

Seen what those go for?

Powder coated my intake manifold and throttle body. Also painted my block.

Ordered:

VRSF Short Route
LC-1 Wideband
DSMLink v3 full with Speed Density Bundle and cable

I've done nothing but buy parts lately. Got all my fabric to finish wrapping everything in my interior.
All kinds of electronic dodads to finish up my LED conversion.
New pins for my cannon plug to replace all the ones I messed up.

So much work to do, so little time.

Jiffy-tite's are cheap as hell for price in comparison to Goodridge or Staubli quick releases.

www.pegasusautoracing.com has a good supply of the Jiffy-tite's.

Finally installed the mtx-l.
It was kind of fun even though it took just as much swearing as everything else does.

Went back to the stock rom to check things out.
Kinda trippy to see 14afr @ 9psi and 9afr @ anything > 12psi.

It's getting there. I set the vc on it to see how all the powder coating paid off. I also put all the fitting on for my 4an line from comp housing to wg and bov to the rre mdp adapter.

got punishment o2 dump
soexcited.jpg
went to install o2 dump
old o2 took the o2 stud with it and refuses to let it go, oh well looks like shes only going on with 3 bolts
realized o2 dump does not fit with VRSF FMIC
took o2 dump to muffler shop to get dump tube cut
Nice muffler man cut for free
went to autozone, picked up bendable exhaust tubing
installed o2 dump round 2
after getting it all in, relized couldnt get the bolt that bolts o2 to downpipe closest to turbo in with it bolted to the turbo
cussed alot
unbolted everything
took break
installed o2 to downpipe round 3
bolted o2 back into car
its dark now, whatever ill get a drop light.
position light on hood
10 minutes later
rain
cuss some more
go inside

I guess ill just finish it tomorrow, all thats left is putting o2 sensor in and tightening the intercooler piping. also ordered some DEI heatwrap for the dumptube since its litterally touching the fmic piping. i really need to finish my talons 6 bolt swap and get that mother ####er out of my garage so i can work on my gsx when i need to.

Nice! details?
I love Cayenne Red Pearl. Did the car previously have a repaint? Or a replacement bumper? It doesn't appear to be the original paint up front.

Which reminds me of how tired my original paint is getting..sigh.

EDIT: holy crap, why green text?! haha!
