bubbles in oil and bad leak

Ok so I've had an oil leak for a while now over in the belts side. I just replaced the timing belt when I put on a new headgasket and now I am weirded out. I bought this car with tons of problems but I got it for 800 bucks so oh well. Anyways there is currently Uv dye and Lucas stop leak in my oil. When I remove the dipstick it is a greenish black but it isn't milky like coolant. I'm wondering if ky oil cooler could be leaking coolant into the oil. If hat can even happen?
 
I have not seen a oil cooler leak coolant into the oil usually the other way around because oil pressure at the cooler is higher than the coolant pressure. I second the leakdown test as well as a compression test to help eliminate some possibilities. I would suspect a head gasket first the surfaces of the head and block have to be right to seal well. But could be other things like the center cartridge on the turbo also. Though I would locate the oil leaks and fix them first, what color is the dye used?
 
its not a headgasket because i just put a mls felpro on 200 miles ago. and i havnt been beating on it so im not worried about another headgasket. how do i do a leak down test? ik there is vfaq for it just this is easier.

I have seen only one center section of a turbocharger ever allow the oil and the coolant to co-mingle. It is possible but not very probable. I rebuild turbochargers for a living. I have built/rebuilt/torn down/or made repairs to somewhere in the nieghborhood of 5000 turbochargers over the years and have only seen the bearing housing so corroded that it allowed coolant and oil to co-mingle 1 time. The turbo in mention here was a Garrett T2 frame size in a Isuszu Tilt Cab Cube Van that allowed road water and grime to absolutely saturate the engine compartment whenever it was driven.

I would think its because of that UV dye you have in that oil. Why would you put UV dye in your oil anyway?
UV dye is one of the best ways to detect leaks. With the use of a black light for illuminating the dye when in a dark room, it is one of the better known ways for all kinds of leak detectiion.

Just got back inside. I tightened some fittings up from around my oil leaks and my pressure has risen so that is good. I have a new symptom which has happened before witch I forgot to mention. If I rev it up into high rpms there will be some blue smoke that comes shooting out by the belts I don't know where it is coming from tho becauseia the only one that works on cars in my family
 
Bump: there is still blue smoke puffing out towards the belts at a high rpm does anyone know where it may be
