To be competitive in Q16 I would have to gut the car, carbon fiber hatch, no exhaust, ect. Just not me yet.

I'm setting the bar high. I don't hide my build from anyone. I am going to be running against Zimmer, Bowers, ect. Shoot Zimmer has went 9.50.

Yea but Tim's car keeps breaking. So he's never a threat. jk

Love u Tim!

Im really looking forward to seeing this long block assembled. I shot of the turbo setup mounted outside of the car is a must.

We are having a little get together at the shop tomorrow so I threw the turbo setup on my engine.

Checked deck height today. Came out damn close to what I was hoping for so putting it back on the decking machine is not needed. Pretty stoked to see it come together.

Got the rotating assembly balanced and the short block put together.

Looks good can't wait to see how my CV and parts turn out when Joe does them . Great build impressive.

I don't mean to noob up your thread, but at what power levels do you think a filled or 1/2 filled block is needed?

Guys have had luck with fully wet blocks into the 8s. With that being said people have made 700whp on a stock bottom end. Its more of an insurance. I feel like 700+ would benefit from the strength.

I'm building a car that hopefully sees a lot of street time, you think a 1/2 fill would be a good idea?

I think it will, but I have no experience with it.

Half fill would not be something to worry about for a street car.

Very nice build man i have an hx52 on my 5.0 right now but i will be putting it on my twin charged setup soon. How much boost will you be running from each turbo?

I feel pretty confident that this is the most amazing head I have ever seen in person. The port work Tyler did for me is second to none. The amount of work that went into this thing is 2 hours after work everyday for about 2 weeks. Its our nasty port work, Ferrea 1mm OS valves, our custom valve job, Kiggly HP springs, Kelford 294HL, Evo rockers, 3g lifters, welded deck.

This is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail is both awesome and inspiring! :applause: That is definitely one serious cylinder head. I love the mock-up with the turbo on the engine in the shop. It looks like some contraption you'd see in a Dr. Seuss cartoon... Probably would be called a turbo-mo-thingy, or something. LOL I think this is one of the best builds I have ever seen shared with the community, so thanks again for that. :D

I'm glad you going back in the game. :)

I'm stoked to get back in this thing. I pulled it into the shop last night so it can thaw out.

Haha 85% of the people don't notice 2 turbos at first. 85% off all the people then ask me which turbo drives the other turbo. Its comical at first but explaining it does get old.

Thanks for the kind words man! I try my best to take pictures and explain as much as I can. Just like all of you, I like looking at awesome build threads so I try to keep mine as awesome as I can.

Well I decided to put a stock block in it

Got some more done today. I found an intake manifold. I still need a starter and install my OFH. Coolant lines are ran and the coolant transfer/coolant fill tank was finished today. I need my intake to finish the install.
