Dear tuners,

I have a 1g and I started doing a boost leak test this week and found a huge leak from the injector insulators. Fixed that with all new seals/ o rings, then started the another blt and found another big leak on my throttle body gaskets. So I went out today and replaced both of them. Finally, I did another blt with new tb gaskets and the gasket between the intake manifold and tb is leaking horribly still? :banghead:. So im kinda confused on my next step, any input from you guys would be awesome.

Thanks,

Its only leaking on the front side of the gasket nears the Tps sensor.

But when I move the throttle cable while im doing the blt it doesnt change noise at all. Im pretty sure its not the tb seals. Ive also sprayed soapy water on the throttle shaft and nothing

What brand gaskets did you use I had the same problem. The gasket was clocked wrong. I used rtv on mine.
