Help me get to 450 Hp

I have a 92 laser RS
Mod list

92 plymouth laser rs awd lsd rear end.
103k
motor has been bored .40 over balanced crank shaft 1g rods
4bolt rear end
Act clutch
Tial wastegate
Blowoff valve
All hardpipes
Slow boy manifold
Megan exhaust 3" turbo back
fmic
Hks cams
Bc springs and retainer
Zetronics wideband radar and display
Intake. 2g maf
Weisco pistons all new gasket and seals 10k approx
Valve job
Metal head gasket. Arp head bolts
Pte 3431. Bb turbo
850cc injectors
Dsm link
255 walbrol
Fuel regulator
Turbo timer

Numbers when tuned
375 awhp. 352awtq. On 25 pounds
His motorsports in hickory took care of me.
Numbers before where 283hp 253 tq

I would like to see 450hp is this setup capable or do i need to change some things.

What size of cams are you running? A weight reduction and maybe a methanol injection setup would help boost it up a little more.

Weight doesn't affect horsepower unless you're loosing it off the drivetrain. ie aluminum driveshaft to not loose hp to the wheels.

Bigger injectors and turn the boost up a notch. After that some meth wouldn't hurt.

The weight reduction would help with the handling. That was ther perspective I was refering to.

More fuel (bigger injectors, higher flow pump, fuel management).
More boost (boost tuner, turbo size)
Few supportive things, methanol, nitrous, better tune, accurate dyno...

race gas, 1200cc injectors, crank up the boost and retune. you will see it faster than you think.

and then you'll find out that you should have added to that list a set of good piston rods.

This turbo I have how much boost is it capable of handeling. Also what kind of horse power is it capable of? Iv done some searches and came up empty.

Get some fic 1250cc's, crank the boost up a little, retune it, should get you to that mark.

I did a bit of googleing and from what I saw that turbo should be good for low 400's. Most of the stuff I saw was on a different platform (srt4) but most of those guys were on pump so with race gas or e85 450 should be very doable.

sense you're allready running link you could run speed density and that should pick up the slack for you but then it wouldn't be very street-able as speed density is affected by weather alot

get some race gas 1200cc injectors and up the boost. I noticed you didnt mention anything about your throttlebody. Which TB are you using and is it bored out or standard size?

No need to complicate it for him, I have friends who are at 450 and above on stock 1g and 2g throttle bodies, running 35r's and hx40's, cams and e85 and are making 450+, 500+.

All he has to do is get a good set of 1200 or 12500cc's, e85, more boost and get it dyno tuned. Done.

No need for race gas, and SD would be nice to have, less restriction in front of the turbo, but not mandatory.

your 3431 is rated to 545hp according to PTE. obviously its not just the turbo alone that will get you there but by manufacturer rating thats how high your turbo can get you with the appropriate setup.

It has a slow boy manifold and the TB has been bored out. I Think i saw 60mm but dont quote me on that if it doesnt sound right.

E85 is nice if you plan to only run high HP some of the time or are willing to accept the lower mileage for daily driving.

I have had great luck using methanol injection from DevilsOwn with a 75%-Meth / 25% Water mix on my 3000gt with TD04HL-19T turbos. It allowed me to run boost over 30psi and all the alcohol gave it a big kick while still running around on 93 octane all day and have full power whenever you want.
