Name is John, originally from Rochester, NY. I am currently in the army serving in Afghanistan as I type this. I picked up a rust free 90 eclipse gsx about 3 months before I deployed. Car is being built by Dan Frisch in New York. I guess I'm new to the scene being that this is MY first turbo dsm but I've been around dsm/evo's for quite a while, hanging out with a few STM guys and Dan. I figured I'd post my build sheet and see what many had to say about it and get advice on my goal for the car. I'd like to trap 120 in the 1/4

Ditch the MAFT and use the money to upgrade your ECMlink from lite to full. Unless the checkmarks mean you already have those items... Even then I would sell the translator and put the money to link full.
 
Yes check marks mean I have those parts. That setup came with the car already but that's something ill look into. Thanks for the advice

You shouldn't need V3 full to use a GM MAF without the MAF-T. I'm pretty sure the new versions of V3 Lite allow you to choose preloaded mas airflow maps for the the 1G, 2G, Evo, GM MAFs from the drop down menu.

Although I could be wrong. Its been a while since I've messed with V3 Lite.
 
I would go with the pte turbo and run an intake as close to the same size as the turbo needs as you can. The transition from say a 4" intake pipe to a 2.5" turbo inlet is so turbulent that it will hurt topend power and airflow. Smooth flow is critical, not just pipe size. so get the same size pipe as inlet or atleast very close. Also act is a great clutch IMO.

what kind of fuel? It's going to be hard to get a 16g full wait 1g awd to trap 120 on pump gas with the 16g.

This will be on E85 and weight should be around 3000
