Sounds nice. Id be interested to know what the build details are on the engine, and 750cc injectors seem small for a hx35. Id try to get him down on the price some though

Yea he dont mention any new parts to the chassis i.e ball joints whell bearings other then that sounds good just yea id jew em down guys selling dsm's are always attached and leave some wiggle room. imo

Make sure he has receipts or nothing happened.

And OEM black paint is TERRIBLE! Do not buy that car unless you are willing to do a respray very shortly. It sounds like the car is suffering from the early stages of "clearcoat cancer". The paint will basically disappear; give it a google.

i would test drive it first and ask for paperwork for the major mods. he upgraded all that and didnt upgrade the fuel pump or clutch?

Hey djmixer its a nice car I like it and idea make a deal but you're in California and can't reach you easily. Meet half way,maybe. And he said its got kevlar carbon clutch, new water pump, fidanza lightweight flywheel. Walbro 255 high flow fuel pump.

with any modded dsm theres gonna be alot of wiggle room. at 7500 id say no go. id offer him like 5000 and move up to around 5500 max good luck!

In my opinion (it's just me), I don't think it's a "good deal". As $7500 "is" the idea price. A good deal for that gsx will be something below $5000. But, It does sound like a nice car overall. Not trying to say that his car is worth less then $5000 or anything a long those lines. It's just that now and days there are not that much people who are welling to buy a gsx for $7500, As the demand for dsm is kind of slowing down. imo.

I saw that ad a day ago, sounds like that spyder needs ALOT of wor I was really wanting a gsm and its the only one 96+ i can find anywhere

I didn't end up buying any of those dsm's but I recently bought a 1999 GSM with 76000 miles, red. Kosei K1 tired with 6 bolt motor installed with a number of other things done that I don't quite understand yet. Lol
