Where would you get a new one? The one my my jobs had no return port! :banghead:

i stripped the holes in my oil pan for the return and threaded in some 1/4 20s and they bite pretty well, just make sure to use ultra copper let it get tacky first, and dont over torque them. just snug them up. GOOD LUCK i have those stupid oil pan holes.

oil pan probably has to come off. either to tap the new threads, to prevent the metal shavings, or add new nuts from inside the pan, with high strength threadlocker. if not just replacing the oil pan.

you can use the nuts as the new threads , just have to remember not to unbolt the pan side of the oil return once the pans bolted on.

i did the same thing to mine. drop the tcase move the exhaust over and unbolt it then youll need pb blaster and a puddy knife and pull it off. then drill and tap in new bolts i used 13 mm head bolts and i learned the hard way from last time snug not tight!!

not realy i ghetto rigged mine. i had a header so mine wouldnt line up so i cut the flex section put a rubber hose over and put hose clamps on and it dosent leak. and i converted a nt 4g63 nt oil pan into a turbo pan welded nuts on the inside.
