Man this has been beaten to death :beatentodeath:...
To answer your question depends, 350hp-400hp it's been said that 1g head can take a little more.
Even tho there are a few DSMs out there pushing near 500hp on stock heads (assuming they are using stock head gasket too).

There have been claims of people getting 400hp on stock HG, however if you google this as i did you will see that there are many factors that play a roll in weather or not you will be able to do this. Such as, head an block flatness, has the car ever overheated, torque sequence when tightning head bolts, are you using stock head bolts or arp, weather or not head or block was properly cleaned before intalling HG ect... im sure there are some ive missed but you get the point. If i can give any advise do it right the first time. I just went through my top end an freshned it up. When i did this i had no plans to go much over stcok hp. Then after it was all put back togethe i decided to bring my HP up around 350-375. Long story short i didnt even make it 1 month an now i have a blown HG. My case (I THINK) i used autozone head bolts....
