I need help figuring my problem with the clutch pedal/hydraulic system.
i have a 2100 ACT clutch with light weight fidanza flywheel. ive been having to readjust the master cylinder for the stifness of the pedl to go away. then after some 40 miles of shifting and driving it gets stif again and hard to shift.
it has been bleeded and i have no leaks. the only thing i notice is that the slave cylinder doesnt come back to the fork when i press it to check the adjustment with the master cylinder.
please help with tips. i have adjusted numerous times by turning the master cylinder rod until the slave is not able to be pushed by hand pressure, then turned back to where i can push it and tighten the nut on the rod from the master cylinder. the heigth of the pedals adjusted to the highest point for maximum fluid pressure to the slave.
this aleviates the problem temporarely, but always comes back to getting stuck. after the adjustment is done, i can rev past 5000 rpms no prolem. when the stifness comes back, the clutch slips on about 5000 and higher rpms.
its a stock tranny for AWD.
any tips or advice on the issues is appreciated before i conclude bringuing down the tranny.
