I don't mean to bash in anyway, but after reading this thread, I smell a troll...

Are you saying they as a company is a joke, the turbo kit, or the intercooler, maybe all three?

I only have experiences with their intercoolers, an they have proven to be worth the money. Internal baffling is better than any ebay core I have seen. Never experienced heatsoaking, used the tr8 core and the trv185.

I never have used any turbo kits or any of there other products.

I should have been more spacific, sorry, the Kit for our cars on there, is a joke. Its slightly better then ebay (only because it uses turbonetics), if its legit t-netics from the one i saw it looks like its real. at any rate its not a 100% true bolt on like a Hahn kit would be. The most efficent ### is to 1. get a goal, 2. piece together a system.

Their other parts like IC might be fine, i think it was an attepmt to just get itno another market as cheaply as possible.. IDK. my .02.

^ Budget and goal. NA is kool, but price per HP/Speed, is crap imo. Bullet shows that it is possible, but, its $$, he didnt just add cams and a cld air intake.. LOL , and well , he is a very talented driver.. So odds are most wont be able to achive those times with an equivent setup.

2. Turbo cars are faster.. theres some in the 11s and Hans was in the high 10s. Most just dont put the money in to traction mods anymore, so they still have less then spectacular times.

ok so i have a rs that im going to be putting the turbo in and it has the stock bumper the one without the fog light area am i going to be needing to sand out a area to be able to run the piping or will it fit perfectly because it look really cramp in their and does anyone know where i can see how others ran their turbos. on hahns site they sell 20g turbos that put out about 8-10 psi could i run that safely without running better internals and would i need portfueler or mega squirt

What IC are you running, In and Out on driver side, or one on each side? what IC piping are you running? Universal?? Im Assuming that your using some universal one, so one on each side. There different ways to do it, youll just have to figure it out..

The Hahn stuff also requires some light modding.. youll need more tools then just sand paper..

The 20G is a good street turbo. Id limit it to 8, and youll be fine to run on stock internals, for a while, depending on how healthy the motor is currently. Have you done a compression check?
You will also want to stay 8psi due to injector size, youll be close to maxing the stockers out at that level.

MS or port fueler will be over kill for what your doing. SFMU is more up your alley for what your doing.
But either way youll need a new Fule pump, the 255 wally or the new 300 Lph one, A return line, and the rewire mod as a foundation for your fuel system.

ok so this may sound stupid but if their is no compression in two cylinders would it cause a no crank no start im back at square one with the car what i thought was wrong. i put marvels mystery oil in the car and two of the four pistons drained i thought that meant it was seized where they didnt drain but i guess its bad if they do so i dont know if its a seal or worse if anybody has an idea i welcome all. ill try to get pics up later tonight of the engine and maybe a video of the sound its making

No, two bad cylinders with no compression the engine would still be able to turn over. I would suggest draining out the stupid Marvels Mystery Oil before you ruin more things in your engine. You need to do a leak down test in the cylinders to see if your getting blow-by caused by bad piston rings. You could have some bad valves and it will still show up after doing a compression test as low compression just an FYI.

yeah a guy i asked about the motor said to put engine oil to try an repair the piston rings but idk if that would work it sounds alil out their, but the engine is making sounds like its seized but i got the engine to move the pistons very slowly up and down the cylinder wall so i dont know anymore i mean it could be a rod bearing stuck or a rod cap that came undo and is jammed. ill prob just pull the engine and take the oil pan off and look at the pistons and rods alil better

I dont even know to start.
Do a compression check. I doub u have rod cap issues. That would mean installer error. And bearings would just be spun..

You need to take it to some one who knows these engines of your serious about performance.. other wise. Youll keep wasting money.
