I added the 255hp fuel pump, the fpr, and boost control and its not spooling at all i hooked my boost up to the actuator(the nipple with the bleed hole is runnig to the acuator) and to the j pipe nipple something is wrong. i did leave the boost guage wide open but still there is nothing comming from that turbo i dont understand.

The nipple on top is running to the acuator the nipple bottom/left is running to the j pipe below

First thing I would do is make sure you tightened everything back. If that doesnt work i would do a boost leak test and see where that gets you.

J pipe should be hooked to nipple in left of picture, actuator hooked to nipple on top in pic.

Wait upon reading it again I think that's how you have it. Just to make sure, the nipple opposite of the knob is hooked to the j pipe and the nipple coming from the side of controller is ran to actuator.

The oppisite nipple is running to the j pipe the one on top is straight to the acuator, is it possible i caped off the bsc wrong i capped the bottom one and ran the top one to the stock maf pipe

Mbc should be correct. Personally I capped the hole after the mas and removed the bcs, so I can't recall. But I highly doubt that even if it is creating a small vaccum leaking, that it could cause no spool.

Have you removed the intake tube and made sure the wheel turns freely? Made sure there's no severe boost leaks?

Check the WG actuator itself to make sure its not stuck open. If you get zero boost thats most likely your problem.

Im going to go check to see if its spinning at idle

so i switched the line on boost sylanoid too the bottom nipple, it seems to be kicking in a little bit but it doent feel like 280 hp probly not even 230 and the car makes a little pop noise when i get on it from under the hood

Popping when getting on it would either be a pipe coming off or a knock.
