I bought a 97 front bumper for my 95. Also got 97 fenders (R/L) I Trimmed it down a little bit. I do have a FMIC but I can't seem to to get the bumper to fit on. Can someone give me an idea of what I need to do?

You have to keep trimming the inner grill area untill the bumper cover fits over the FMIC without rubbing. If you are trying to keep your core support for your bumper, you will have to cut that also. You dont need to keep it but you can if you want to. I recently put mine back on.

I used a dremel with a small cutoff wheel for the bumper cover and a diegrinder with a large cutoff wheel for the thicker core support.

Well on your intercooler the piping comes out of the back. Mine comes out of the bottom on the side. Id post a photo but I don't know how to. I'm on my phone.

Why did you replace your fenders? All 2g fenders are the same. Like already stated you'll need 2gb headlights. To trim your bumper fallow the video. You might not have to cut as much depending on what fmic you have.

I got new fenders because the guy b4 me had Lamborghini doors on the car. Which messed up the previous fenders. I was told to get 2gb fenders but I guess they are the same. 95 headlights are too big for the front bumper? Thanks for the help guys! My bumper fits over the actual intercooler but not the piping.

You need to keep trimming until it fits or if something is seriously in the way, possibly reroute piping if possible. And yes, your bumper will overlap the inside corners of your 95-96 headlights. You need to get the correct headlights (97-99 eclipse).

Pictures would greatly help this thread.
