Maybe, picking up a 91 TSI AWD shell, question is will there be any interest in the North end WA area for parts? I'd be helping a friend out to get it out of his hands and grab a few parts like the engine harness for myself, would anyone else want the shell before I send it to Arlington Pick n Pull. I have no need for a DSM anymore, but throwing the offer of parts and platform specific parts (tcases, trans, etc) out there, before it goes away.

auto or 5-speed?

always looking for auto transfer cases and 4bolt rear ends

I also need the part of the drivers side motor mount that bolts to the engine (The piece that has the timing belt tensioner and idler bolted to it)

What kind of interior and what is the condition?

how is the window trim on the doors

It's got grey leather seats, driver side has a couple tears (normal wear), clear coat coming off on the rear bumper. Front subframe needs new bushings installed, tie rod installed on one side, calipers bolted bolted back on the fronts and a new engine harness. Hood, bumper, lights around pop ups, radiator, motor, trans/xcase, and front axles all removed.

As it stands I'm taking it to Arlington PicknPull in the morning, getting $230 for the car. Now if you really want it for parts or whatever, throw me 200 and I'll deliver it in the morning instead of picknpull. It's on a trailer ready to go with title. Cell#2625103277,

I am getting all engine parts that go to the car (motor mounts, ac compressor, a 22 and 23 tcase, trans, block, etc), so I'll have that in my possession.

Also comes with a extra gas tank from a 90 AWD.

, Like I told Andy yesterday afternoon, car ended up in a good home and should be back on the road in a few months. A friend ended up buying it from me, for now it's sitting at my place.

Edit: just saw pix, guess no on the blue haha, my buddy might be interested in some stuff he has a 92, ill let him know.

if you have a 23 spline Tcase for my car id take that off your hands. you always need a spare Tcase.

Edit again: sold eh? well if you have extra crap im always in txt me.

I'll go back through the extra crap I have, I do have another 23 spline tcase, however it needs a rebuild if that's at all possible otherwise it's a perfect doorstop . That's why I didn't mention it to you, I figured you wanted a working one . I have 2 or 3 AC compressors &tensioner brackets, along with 4 or 5 Power steering pumps and a bunch of other small parts need to sell off.


The Wagon, I gotta replace the front struts, FR is bent and FL is dead (being that they are the original struts, the inserts are oil filled not gas filled), so it's daily driving is done for a while. Got a set of sidedraft carburetors for it, but need to build the linkage for it first and once ready for install, do a electric fuel pump conversion to suit the new carbs.
