Sweet :)

Hey does anyone have a 90 oil filter housing and cooler setup sitting around? I'm trying to finish my build and want to source one locally.

July 14th i went to santa monica beach with my gf after M.O.D. was over. I filled up at a e85 station up north by LA this ethanol had a higher alcohol content then whats down here, car ran really lean couldnt even drive car, luckily kris answered his phone and tought me how to put a basic tune on this gas to get me all the way back to SD..... So today i drained my bad gas into street and filled up on our e85 out here

damn, that is kind of sad. Sorry I didn't get to make it over on Sunday. Good luck out there Corey.

I wonder how long it will take out there before you do a write up on how to reinstall ac. LOL

Ran out of gas (91), switching back to e85 tried to empty out pump gas but the second i parked at work died out. No mas gas LOL.

I have a 20 gal fuelCell in the rear hatch area im welding a 10-an drain plug to the fuel cell so i can drain gas out when i am switch from e85 to pump gas or other way around. I cut hole in rear trunk floor, that way i could alway drain the gas out alot easier through the 10-an fitting im welding

Took apart my lock mechanism on my driver door.

Went to the junkyard found a couple things I needed and got the lock mechanism. ( also friend found a stereo kenwood remote, a wallet for his registration and insurance , and etc... LOL )

Finished putting the lock mechanism on and now my door can now lock and unlock ;p

Also put some NGK's on a few days ago.

did you change the door handles to fix the locks? Those door handles are a pain in the ass to put in. I almost lost it trying to get that one screw that is up behind the glass back in.

Well I changed the door handle 3 times before. The Passenger door handle was gone when I bought the car and had to open from the inside. The driver handle was loose and eventually my Uncle broke it, so I had to replace it. Once again my Uncle snapped the handle so it broke. Went to auto zone and bought a new one for 20$ and got a lifetime warranty, but this had nothing to do with my changing the lock mechanism. :p Door wasn't opening with the key and lock wasn't locking correctly.

So I kind of got the hang of it, didn't need to remove the handle, just took out the screws on the mechanism and the door panel screws.

Took me like 20 minutes to do everything.

I need to go back to the junk yard to get the passenger door lock mechanism.

Nope, we still here... but you could always get a honda. Those guys seem to be having a good time.

We all over the forums! Sometimes I wonder why not thatmany people post on the Southern California forums. I even post on the LA forums and I am from San Diego!

I hope I meet some DSM'ers from San Diego, so far I met like one person, very kind gentleman. Also I need to go to a meet, but my car isn't meet material );

Also if you decide to get a Honda, get a PRIUS instead hahaha....

Meet material for a dsm crowd is a running dsm unless you are part of Albee racing
