Ever since I've had my car my boost controller has been like stuck at 15 psi no matter where the controller is set.. I've had 3 different ones in the car off my friends cars and all of them no matter what all go way past 15 psi no matter where there set at and when I put mine on its either at 15 psi or way past that?... WTF I don't get it? The lines ate coming off of the waste gate and the other one is off a nipple on the factory "j pipe" if you want to ca it that for my side mount? All the lines are in good shape I just don't get what's going on? How 3 other controllers won't work and mine only works At 15 psi??

If you've tried 3 different ones, it sounds like a boost leak?

Are all of these boost controllers bleeder style? Are you sure you are hooking them up the correct way? If 3 of the controllers let you boost past 15 psi and yours doesn't then there is a problem with your MBC. BTW what kind of wastegate are you running? I'm guessing from your profile you are running a 16g with the stock wastegate actuator?

Yes stock actuator and they were 3 different turbo xs ones and when we too then off their cars they all worke fine and then on mine it went way past what it should be at? Is it ok to have the other vacuum line come off a nipple on the stock j pipe?

Yes, it should be fine to have the line come off the j-pipe. What kind of boost controller do you have? What kind of boost controllers did you try? So the bc worked on the other cars and on your car it does not work correctly? There is either something wrong with the boost controller or the stock wastegate. If this has been happening ever since you have had the car, and none of the boost controllers worked properly on your car, then I would be pointing my finger at the wastegate.

Make sure nothing is restricting the exhaust(aka back pressure) could be flex
Section of the Downpipe or a clogged cat, if you have one. We chased a 11psi problem for a week trying to figure it out, the dang flex section in the downpipe collapsed on the inside to the size of a nickel, really restricting the the turbo, we also thought it was boost controller/wastegate problems the whole time until we found it.
