so my fuel setup currently is pte 1200 cc injectors, aeromotive fuel rail, aem fpr and a aeromotive a1000 fuel pump on a jmf fuel cell. all run with 8an lines.

im am hoping on running a hx40 around 30psi am i going to have enough injector / fuel. i wasnt planning on being able to get e85 so i never planned on needed to consider it

since you plan on running that much boost on a hx40 your most likely looking for high power. you should go with larger injectors probably 1600cc or bigger

Depending on what kind of injectors you can always turn up the base fuel pressure to 60-70psi that will squeeze them and have them flow more . Just make sure your injectors dont run static at 90+psi of fuel pressure .

I'm just expecting to be ragged on for this but I run e85 with rc1000's, a walbro 255hp, and stock fuel lines and filter at 30-31 psi on my hx40. Granted I don't have cams so I'm only pushing 48 lbs/min. I tune for about 12.4-12.8 afr and I have my fuel pressure at 45 psi. My idc's are in the mid 80's, but like I said I'm only flowing 48lbs/min with stock cams...

You'll be on the ragged edge, but you will probably have enough fuel. I had FIC 1150's that ran out at that mark at 43psi base fuel pressure. I wasn't in a position to use higher base fuel pressure though because my pump would fall on its face.

If your going for around ~85 idc I don't see it happening unless you ran a really high base fuel pressure and I'm not sure how high the a1000's can go and still provide the volume you need.

if my math is correct a1000 should flow about 423lph at 13.5 volts so i should have enough pump i hope
