I dont know if this is what you meant by adjusting the master rod, but i was having similar issues with my car and i had to adjust the rod on the master very loose to get it to bleed properly and once i had pressure then adjusted it back out to tight on the pedal, I read your post and wasnt sure if you had done this or not, something to give a try... i had replaced everything too and could not get pressurte untill i did this, backed off the lock nut and loosened the rod it alowed the master to bleed properly

Sorry haven't had internet
Still no success
Haven't had a lot of time to work on it though either
I'm gonna order a extended slave tonight and rebleed the whole system.

Bleed it like crazy , 25-45 mins at least ..Try jacking up the drivers side ....I still think its the master rod ..Or the master it's self there are a couple different one's...I went thru 3 different masters before i got mine working

I just found the receipt for mine, I'm gonna exchange it and start fresh. :hellyeah:

Just figured I would mention it,
So you blead the master cylinder and line of air, but did you blead the slave cylinder after you blead the master cylinder?

Of course.. That is the main way you build pressure, I've tried to gravity bleed, pressure bleed, old fashioned bleed etc etc

I'm a Ford tech I'm not stupid when it comes to working on cars LOL this one just has me stumped, I've never experienced anything like this.

Check to see if your pedal assembly is in working order I changed all of that stuff to. Come to find out my pedal assembly was all messed up. We just welded it up and now it works great.

I agree with this, sounds like the nut on the end of the shaft could be loose and the arm isn't moving the master.

Sorry about that I must of skipped a line. I use my phone for everything. Sorry if I missed this but what clutch are you using sprung or unsprung. I was using a sprung disk after my assembly broke and then my tob went through my pp. I couldn't get the sprung disk to work so I went to a different clutch and switched out the fork while I was at it incase it was bad. I just recently had my tranny bolts back out a thread or two witch is enough for it to now work also. Hope you get this resolved.

I didn't read everything but here's what i'll add, i made a SS line fomr -4 and put over a qart and a half of fluid through and never got pressure, talked to a local shop where i buy the line and they said make it from -3 because they can't get -4 to bleed either when it's run from master to slave..so if you did that you may wannna switch up line size. when i put on -3 it bled in like 5-6 pumps and is still perfect months later

Its only a hard line from where the rubber used to start to the slave, before that its the stock lines. Its been on my car since I've had it and I had it pressure checked to see if its leaking and its fine.
One thing that is weird that I think there is air in the line still is sometimes it will build pressure and then when I start the car it loses some pressure which makes me think the vibration cause the little air pocket in there to shift but I've bled it so many damn times so many ways and no air is coming out at all. When I get my extended slave in I'm gonna bleed it with fresh fluid.

another thing you may have tried, is when your helper pushes the pedal and you bleed it, also push the slave arm/rod in as far as you can because air traps in there that's about impossible to get out with normal bleeding.. after one time of that it will suck a LOT of fluid, but you getthe air out of the master

also,i think you said you replacedthe master, but one issue i had with mine was that 10mm compression fitting into the master started leaking where you couldn't see it at first but after drivign a week it was wet again and i was always getting air in my system.. And even another yet..the clamp that hold the plastic to the top of the master, i've found some to be very loose right out of the box and replaced them with the clampsfroman old OEM master, this stopped a BIG air leak i had.. I got so tired of troubles with clutch inconsistantcy i made my own -3 lien with a 90* atthe masterand then going down to a banjo at the slave, all one piece about 3-4 feet long(can't recall exactly but it's long and bleeds easier than the stock setup did with the replacemetn fromthe accumulator to the slave)

also bad crush washerswill wreak havoc on bleeding the system as well as a tiny piece of dirt in the masterm i've had brand new parts store masters need returned becayse they wouldn't build pressure

Its weird it builds pressure but when I start my car it feels like it loses pressure, I have replaced my master and I'll have to try pushing the rod in. Its becoming so discouraging.. :(

Well got my extended clutch rod, and it worked! Still need to bleed the clutch a little more, and for some reason my throttle body is sticking now. But it effin works!!! :D
