96 Eagle Talon TSI Turbo Parts Car

Selling a 1996 Eagle Talon TSI Turbo as a parts car. Recently, the engine over heated and I have decided to just move on. The body of the car is straight and has no damage. It was an automatic with air and cruise control with electric locks and windows. I am currently asking $1000 obo for the car. I really dont want to just part it out but I am open for negotiation. 1992 talon tsi awd

I'm looking for a winter beater to get me back and forth to work and have always loved the idea of an AWD in the winter. As far as whats wrong with the car, it doesn't seem to be too major, then again 1st gens and 4g63's are not my forte.

I'd appreciate any insight from some fellow members.

If you don't believe me go to craigslist up and down California, and count how many you can actually find.... on top of that count how many are actually decently priced.

ofcourse they're not as rare as the Supra's and RX7's but still.
 
meh, i wasn't trying to start an argument corey, just trying to point out where he could have been coming from. that is all.

Just because nobody wants to sell at the moment in your area, doesn't make them rare. With 1,760,303 Eclipse's produced, they most certainly aren't a rare car. Granted all of them aren't GSX's, plenty of them are.
 
I dont have a link to post, but I did just pick up a 95 TSi AWD auto bone stock last night for $800. Drives great, needs some interior pieces and a paint job. The only kicker is is has a body kit molded in. Will post some pics when my iPhone charges.

I think that it was about the same manufactured for all. It is like 30% fwd 33% awd and 37% n/t or something like that.
