Hello all! I am looking for dsms in north and south Carolina to meet up and get a hangout going. (Of course dsms from any area are welcome as well) There is a local car meet in Colombia every Saturday. I don't always go but only see a few dsms when I go.

I would love to see more dsms when I go to the meet. Spadepro22 I told you about this already. It would be nice if I can gather enough of you dsmerz to even start our own meet. If your down to meet more ppl into these beautiful cars let's meet up go to a meet or maybe start our own.

Unfortunately I will not be able to drive my dsm anywhere for a little bit. The car just stripped the teeth off the timing belt at the crank. So I'm down for now. Stuck driving my gf car. But still please local dsmers post here if you want to hangout. Hopefully I won't be down long

getting a conquest from my brother so will be able to start doing this meet soon. keeping the dsm off the road for some special work. but really want to get these meets going. anyone close enough willing to come please come. just let me know. will provide address and anything else to help you get to the meet

Brother decided to keep his conquest so I'm buying a 98 spyder for 1000$. gotta get it running first though. has some viper alarm that won't allow the starter to work. nice car though. hoping to be driving it soon. here are a few pix.

so bringing this to life again have my dsm back on the road. swapping turbbo today or tomorrow as the,seals,are,gone In,my fourth t25. really wanna get this going if you want to start a meet please reply so we can get a time and day started.

Just got mine back on the road as of yesterday. Ill be down for a meet as long as its not to far away

well you and I think the other two are, in columbia as well so I'm thinking of probably doing it down there somewhere. my gf just traded her em2 for a 95awd with a bad turbo. so idk if she will ride or drive. anyone and everyone else,is, welcome to come along.

alright will do. she,will probably ride,with since,her car will need some fixing. possible hg her dad,says. haven't had a chance to look at it myself. says, coolant is black and think she said reservoir bubbles.

i WILL come to any meets....im just still replacing this head gasket(or atleast trying ) i need a harmonic balancer puller...this is my first time really tearing into this car, or any car at that haha

i appreciate it, i already have most of it torn down just gotta get the pulley off and then i should be home free. the only thing im stressing is getting the timing right. i dont need to blow up my first car haha

Heres a tip, line up your timing marks but before you remove the belt mark where the belt goes on each gear and crank pulley. Then transfer your marks to the new belt by counting the teeth. Line the new belt up with the old marks and it will at least have the same timing as before. Whether the old timing was right is another question. Then always rotate the motor and make sure the marks line back up and you should be good to go.

yes it was pretty short notice I know. Warhurst if you need help I can come this weekend with a puller and do it for you/lend a hand.

like I said though ima try and do it sat after this, coming since spadepro is sending his ecu out hoping he'll have it back by then.

if you could come help me out sunday anytime when would it be? because im on call at work and i wont know if i have to work till 1pm. I think when/if they replaced the belt before me they didnt time it right because the 2 white marks on the cam gears are supposed to be in the same spot arnt they? the exhaust gear mark is about 3 teeth off from the intake gear?? is it supposed to be that way?

I'm down for a meet......in 6 months, . Maybe by then my car will at least be drivable. If not I'm always down if I can find a ride. I don't want to take the daily to Cola till I replace the struts.
