Bringing back a old thread...I'm in this same situation...I'm absolutely sure that it's not rising rate what are the adverse effects of not running 1.1 rising rate besides lean condition? Has any body else done this? Can it be tuned out with a maft?

You answered your own question yes the lean condition is the problem and no you cant tune around dropping fuel pressure. Thats just asking for trouble
