We having a DSM "meet" in Westminster MD in Carroll County! On May 18th or May 25th. Your all welcome to show up hehe :p

We will be at Cecil Friday night, come on up and try out the new surface at Cecil. Havent seen you guys in a couple of weeks. Marcus is coming down from DE, and not sure about Russ.

Sandra..

Bring this is the first time I so be actually driving my car more than 20 miles at once, without a truck and trailer I'm kinda forced to stay local. I don't have an alignment yet and with the issues I've been having with the car, It looks like Capitol is the best option at the moment for myself.

Travis...

Your cracking on the door of that 10 second pass.. Those bushings can wait another week. I still need an alignment, tires, running stock timing, ect.. Come on man!!

Bob...

We down for sure then? I want my rematch where you smoked me and all I could smell was burnt E85 in front of me.. hahah

Matt...

You strapping up?

I may come up to watch. My exhaust was supposed to be here by now, but isn't. And I have a few small leaks that need to be addressed, as well as finishing up my tune, but I may have to do it at the track or rent a dyno for a couple hours. This thing is way too light, and will spin doing 3rd gear pulls on high boost over 60mph.

You need Toyo RA1 or something similar. Got very good grip and no need to have to run a dr:)

You think I have any type of a tune? Come on man...

Nice..

Just put my correct cables (90') in tonight so I don't get locked out of forth and down shift in the wrong gear anymore. I hit 10,000+ rpm the other day doing a 3-2 shift..The car seems OK, but I may pull the VC before I leave to make sure I didn't fling any rockers off. I would like to get into the 11's and tighten up my pump gas tune as I have zero tune at the moment besides a good dial in..

I guess I'll head up around 530-6:00pm if I make the trip.. (haha...) Just hope I don't require a tow home.

If u got enough timming and dual the fuel in yiu are in for a hell of a ride. I had like 24 degrees at 21 pounds on my 1414b with zero knock. Probly coulda gone more. It hit like a freight train

Got some awesome coworkers. I was lent some wheels. May not be 4 but its something that i can use for the time being

Capitol has re opened under new management, but it looks like not much has changeed. The return road is different and the tech inspection booth has chnaged. It took me about 45 min to get my over priced sandwhich and soda, and that was before the line got long. As always when someone oiled down the track, that was a solid hour or so of waiting. All of this doesn't sound too bad, but for anyone that has been to a track like MIR has been spoiled.

Adam felt like it was a wasted trip, but i beg to differ. Anytime a racer can get more seat time on the track and pratice racing their times will improve. For example, Adam dropped more than half a second off of his previous 60' times. I was happy to see you finally have that shit eating grin that we all get from a strong awd launch. If you think that was good, wait till your break your neck launching on those hoosiers.

Bob also had a couple really good launches, but unfortuneatly on the better of the two was durring some technical difficulties that captiol was having with the timing system so it only showed up to the 1/8 mile on his time slip.

There was a lot of people there but not too many racers.

Nice looking pass with the auto. Unfortunately capital still sucks, first pass managed a 1.63 60 ft but the track didn't record my time or trap and that was the best pass of the night. The drag radials have taken a toll on the clutch it slipped the rest of the night but still ran 12.3@ 113. Was also the first track outing without a new best, oh well

Got more done with the Talon today at work. Pulled Rad and AC condeser. Put on the two missing injector pigtails. Put on the Clutch and brake resvoirs. Probly gonna pull the turbo tommorow. then start re-assembly of everything.

I'm down. I was thinking of going Saturday morning instead, but Friday can work. I need to change out this broken shift cable and test it out before I get there this time. I'm trying to just jump right on past the 11's..haha:aha:

What was the cause of the fire in the first place? Is hate to see you scramble to get this all back together to have something happen again. Lmk if you need anything else. I may just have it.

The sootyness that you see is in the O2, Its chared oil. Lots of it where in there and the DP. The exducer shot all the way to the O2 sensor. Thought it took it out but no it still works. Got a dent in the side though.

She started today. Well sort of. Did you know that you can plug the ISC and the injector resistor pack together. I found that out today....I would not recomend it, but so far it does not seem to have fried anything. She runs only for a few seconds. Could be flooded or the fuel pump shutting off. The pump does not primp when the ignition is first turned on. Idk why that is. got more bugs to sort out. Still no Accelerator cable. Might have to order one. I dont want to wait for it though:(
