When i go into boost wot 14psi , it quickly drops down to 7psi and holds there ...Ya ya do a blt , did that fixed the problem , still does the same thing..
BUT if i pull the bov rec hose out of the air intake , it holds 14psi boost ..It does stalls out sometimes when slowing down - 1-10km's ..Not sure what to do or check now!?

I say boost leak. Try to test it or maybe ic is cracked. Happened to me. Sounds the same

Well first off do you have a mbc if you do its probably set at 7psi and when you go in wot it well go up to 14 psi and then drop back down to 7 you might have a bad mbc. If you don't have one then your just going off of wastegate psi

I do have a mbc and boost gauge , mbc set to 14 psi ..With the recirculate line out of the air intake, still on the bov , it will boost to 14psi and hold ..But of course stalls out when slowing down ...

Looking at the lines isn't a boost leak test. Pressurizing the system is a boost leak test.

:applause: If you read my original post , I did the boost leak test (pressured the system to 15psi )

Wot goes to 14 psi but drops to 5-8 psi , while i am still wot ...But with the rec line off , it will hold at 14 psi maybe drop a psi or 2 slowly ...Why would it do that

Try doing another boost leak test but pressurize it up to about 20psi and spray soapy water on all joints, at flanges, etc. and look for the bubbles.

When pressurized, also check if any air is leaking out of the BOV through the recirc. port. Maybe a bad BOV?

Are you certain the MBC is installed correctly (not backwards)?
