I agree, they look great. If they are scratched you can always have them repaired and for the price it isn't bad either.

As for rubbing I'm not sure if they will or not as I'm not too familiar with the ride height of the 2g stock anyhow.

But if they do rub I'm sure you can turn around and sell them fairly easily and possibly with a profit since the price is very good.

And regarding the rubbing, I don't think you will. My RS is lowered 2" and I have 17"s on it and I have plenty of room, so I'm assuming you'll be just fine!

They will not fit. They are the incorrect lug pattern and the center bore is too small. Our cars require a bolt pattern: 5x114.3 and a center bore of 67.3 mm.

They are universals but he only knows the one size and most universals that are 5x100 are also 5x114 so I know the lugs will be right but Ill make sure they fit before I buy them.

I agree on the fitment. I'm running the Evo 8 Enkei's with 235/45/17 and i had to roll fenders and they still rub in extreme conditions. The other problem is I only have about 5mm or so clearance between the tire and the bottom of the upper control arm. With an extra inch of diameter you could be looking at some fitment problems unless the offset of 40mm will fit.
I suggest taking a look at this Wheel/Tire fitment guide

According to this guide you only have 2mm of clearance, but you said you were lowered 2 inches.

Personally, I'd pass on those. Logically because of fitment issues, I'd run from them and save my money for bigger and better things.

Just make sure the offset is close to +40. I ran 18's with 245/40/18 tires on mine stock suspention with no issues. Its was super close on the inside and my rims were +42 offset. If there straight and the tires are decent. Id say get them, not a bad deal at all.

Oh as far as the lug patten goes its probably 5x100 and 5x114.3 and most aftermarket rims have a large centerbore just make sure to run hub rings if your worried about it.

In that case go for it. As others have stated, the center bore on the wheels may be larger, maybe the kid does not know that and it just stating what the celica center bore is. Most aftermarket wheels come with a 73 mm centerbore and you can use hubcentric rings to compensate for different cars.

I have a set of 18" x 7.5" wheels that are +42 offset and I run a 235/40/18 at stock ride height and dont have any rubbing issues. I have 3 mm of clearance between the control arm. If you run a 225/40/18 tire you should have plenty of clearence between the control arm, you would maybe have to roll the rear fender slightly because you are lowered 2" and might rub going over large bumps.

This is good:

They will not fit. They are the incorrect lug pattern and the center bore is too small. Our cars require a bolt pattern: 5x114.3 and a center bore of 67.3 mm.

This is not:

Not sure about that center bore, but I cant imagine them not working.

Until Matt gets a better imagination or more knowledge, he needs to stay out of these threads.

Personally I think they won't fit. Cornfed says they will fit and he's run stuff like that before but he also said stock suspension. You are lowered and I don't think they'll work out.

be careful with rubbing... i have 17s on my car lowered 2 inches on ksport lowering springs, running 235/45/17s, and have about half an inch of clearance... anything more than a very minor bump, and my tires rub.
