1) Link is posted in the first post.

2) I used 1 1/2 cans. Typical spray can rules apply i.e start off with a light coat and etc.

3) For all those pessimists, here's a video of a guy shooting his pressure washer @ his PD'd grille:

4) Depending on how thick or light you spray your coat, it feels like an after market gaming mouse or phone with rubber coating on it.

5) So far in the California sun, it's holding up.

I took it all off and left my hood and pop ups alone. One thing I did learn about plastidip however is even coats is something you DO NOT want. You want to do several layers of light misting until it is 100% covered for it to come out with out running.

i had the same issue doing my roof, but i believe our problem is painting something while its flat, like the roof or the hood. I can paint anything PERFECTLY with a spray can, as long as its not something i cant have turned upright. LOL

I mean for as cheap as it is and as good as it looks who cares if you have to strip it and repaint it every few months i think its well worth it, im thinking about doing mine this weekend after seeing how good it turned out.

My issue was 100% because the nozzle gets gummed up and starts spraying in a inconsistent pattern.

This was also with the 3 different types of plastidip cans. The best way I found to work around it was the light mist method.

I'm really liking this. I may have to look into giving this a try.

Did you clearcoat yours? Sorry if I missed it..
