When you cleaned it out how did you do it? Blowing into the game isn't the right way to do it.:p Use some alcohol and q-tips to get rid of the corrosion that may be on the contacts.
 
this is gonna sound silly, but do you have the RCA's connected right? ive done them wrong before trying to get to gaming in a hurry and over looked where i was sticking them...
