I was playing forza 4 demo last night and saw an aston martin from the rear. I noticed the tail lights would look awesome if you could fabricate them to fit(atleast it looks like they could fit with a bit of finess) here is a link to the picture

Let me know what you think. Also if you do end up trying post some pics :rocks:

They look like they would fit nicer on a 2g seeing as how they are a little round on the edges

Sorry it's a Aston Martin DBS. Sure they might be expensive LOL, but they would look so awesome. I think you might have to cut the section i highlighted in this picture and re-seal it for it to fit on a 1G.

I think you are looking for these in clear instead of red.

93 Eclipse tails. They should fit a little better.

Exactly what I was gonna say.... Dude you have got to lay off the drugs. Mannnnnnnnnn.

GSX 1gb, perfect fit, exactly the style you are going for. They even look better than the bds, and SSSSHHHHHH (dont tell anyone) they are 100% bolt on.

you all are dream crushers

It was just an idea ROFL

Damn, $700 for some plastic?? Spend that and get a carbon hood or hatch or some power mods.

Ok so I got a little bored and decided to try to photoshop this thing.

Like I said above, the lights suit a 2g better. I hardly had to do anything to make them look like they fit

The 1g needed so much warping of the light to get it to look normal that it isn't even angled like the original DBS light.

You may as well have gotten the 1g eclipse light

If I tried to keep the same angle and curve on the light it would look like this

That looks a lot like a 2g conversion of the clear tailights I came across for the 2g (he had red on top/clear on bottom).

Damn, nice photoshops! I really like both. :applause:

And that last picture, took me a minute to figure out what was going on, then I almost had a heart attack. Creepy shit! OMG

Almost forgot about that one. Saw it a while ago but you're right pretty similar

I'm not even sure if that last picture is real or a pshop. Just found it on google LOL

Hello again,
I found this thread and I want to show my Aston Martin conversion on my 98 Spyder.
In Spain is not legal the white catadioptrics on the car, only red colour is allowed. That was the reason to do this mod after buying a set of clear taillights. Also to do a tribute to the first generation of eclipse. Enjoy it.

Tony.
