car dropping 400 rpms wile driving

It does it at all rpms. I'm wondering if its the tranny slipping cause the engine is in good shape. Also it is worse at some times

The engines not misfiring. I checked from the plugs to the coil each individually
 
Same issues here. It does it reguardless how fast or what gear your in. Some more prone than others. When the rpms drop sometimes it bounces back very quick and others it bogs down and is in limbo for a split second. Another thing is when is it decides to drop the rpms or bog down, a quick tap of the gas brings it back up to normal. I'm leaning toward my IAC but I've heard a vacuum leak will cause this.
 
Any engine lights?

Since you're a N/A car; could be a MAP sensor, as well. Or it could be loosing the signal from the cam or crank sensor. Check those connectors out to make sure they are not oily, loose, or broken.
