Thats your clutch line. It comes from the master cylinder, to the slave.

So I won't really notice anything? It seems like the river line is not that long. Seems like the the line hooks to the fittin in the pic but I could be wrong? When I take it off, will I have to replace any fluid?

It's funny that I can swap turbos and install new intake manifold and what not but I don't know crap about tranny stuff. So sorry for my newbness. But what would be involved in bleeding and refill? Any links or how to?

The line on the right side of that picture (the non-hard line) also has the clutch accumulator attached. It is usually recommended to at least get a stainless steel clutch line that goes from that connection you pointed out to the slave, thus replacing the accumulator. This is said to give the clutch a little better/quicker response when letting the pedal out, and not as slow/smooth as it is from the factory.

Replacing the whole line from master to slave cylinders is not really necessary since there is a hard line from the master to that point in your picture. This won't expand at all. Most people replace the whole line if they bent/kinked their hard line trying to reinstall it, or just for the bling factor.

Bleeding the clutch is the same as bleeding the brakes. There's a bleeder valve on the slave that you will open and close while pumping the pedal, using the same process as bleeding the brakes (do some searching and I'm sure you can find it). Just make sure to keep the master cylinder reservoir topped off with fluid so it doesn't get too low and start sucking air into the line.
