This is where I agree such as I love NFS prostreet but they make the GSX in it a pooch on the drag strip.

If these modern games enabled the tuner cars of old (dsms, 240sxs, mr2s etc) to be heavily modified into 6 second race cars with a couple of in game purchases, there would be no drive for the gamer to go any further and experience the hundreds of other vehicles in the game. In Forza 4 you can not tell me that driving a maxed out dsm is as enjoyable to drive as a completely stock Gumpert Apollo. A dsm will always be a dsm and has no right to really compete with a million dollar sports car because it has old technology at its' core. You can only change so many attributes that are simply inherent to a car unless you completely disemboweled it of the very stuff that makes it a dsm to replace it with the stuff that makes a lambo, a lambo.
Moral of the story: Love your dsm for what it is. An aging p.o.s.
Secondary moral of the story: Start saving your lunch money now for a Gumpert Apollo so you can see "your car" in all the future Forza games.
Gran Turismo 5 has a Galant Vr4.thats a good idea. yeah they either make the dsm really slow or handle like shit and you never see any 1gs or gvr-4's.
has anyone ever noticed that the eclipse in need for speed pro street says its a gst but it says that its all wheel drive?
