So I have all the bolts/studs off of my manifold including the bolts holding on the turbo, but I can't get it off. So I was just wondering if there were hidden bolts that I am not seeing. I looked through my service manual but didn't see anything.

I removed 9 bolts from the flange and the 4 on the turbo. Also removed the power steering pump bracket, but didn't remove the coolant lines. I'll try removing those when I get home today.

On my 93 i never had to remove any of the coolant lines to get the exhaust mani out. I've had it out and back in 3 times now and haven't had a problem. Some of the studs were a pain to get to, and kinda hidden. I also second the soft mallet and some Penetrating oil.

take off your down pipe, take the 3 bolts and 1 nut holding the turbo to the manifold off and your turbo / O2 housing should drop down enough to slide the manifold off. make sure you don't bend any of your feed / drain lines that are connected to the turbo.
