Hey all, been lurking around for a while and found some things in the classifieds I want but can't conact anyone yet so I guess I'll be around the newbie forums for a while. I'm Origionally from 4G61T.org, same user name over there..

About me: I've been into DSM's for about 10 years now. At the moment I have a 89 origional Mirage turbo with a 4G63T swap that I have almost completed, I think it will be my favorite dsm/csm yet. I just recently sold my 94 Elantra gls with a 4G63T swap as well as my 92 gsx to help fund the new Mirage project. For the moment my daily is 09 Scion xb rs6 hopefully to change soon to a Genesis 2.0T:cool: I think I'll have fun here, seems to be a great forum, Look forward to meeting new enthusiasts:thumb:

Sup fellow newb. Get the genesis, I want one as a DD when The Mustang is in the garage.

So? We have all been there and all had to go though the process, its there for a reason, meet the requirements and do what you got to do. Crying about it isn't going to change anything.

Always liked the swapped Mirage cars. Planning on making it AWD? I have seen this done and it's pretty damn wicked. A guy at the last place I was stationed (Fort Sill Oklahoma) swapped his Evo 8 drive train into his Mirage. I know your thinking why? Simple, his wife totalled the Evo. :ohdamn:

I can comment on the Genesis Coupe if you'd like, a friend of mine traded in his SRT 10 pickup for one. I drove it plenty, more than enough to point out the things I did and did not like. I can shorten it all though by saying the CAR is awesome. The drivetrain and supporting systems though, didn't care for them. I would actually buy the V6 Couple over the 2.0T if your going to stick with the stock engine and not mod it much.

Not crying about it. I was able to get done what I needed to so it doesn't matter, thanks for your concern though:rolleyes:

For the others I'll be happy to get some pics up soon:cool:
