i recently just rebuilt my motor from ground up and no everything about it im not smart on the drivetrain part. i decided to be an idiot and throw a stage 3- 6 pluck clutch i had laying around that i never relly used on it with the stock pressure plate and fly wheel hoping it wouldent be an issue. now when i got to moving it it would barely move so what i would of thought was the clutch was the issue but then it also would go in and out of all gears but first and made a whining noise from the transmission. also the rear passenger drive axle is sheared off from the rear diff. now what i would like to know is it the clutch or the transmission or both .. i just wanted to hear some input before i go off tearing things apart and buying things i might not need. thank you

Does it shift in and out of the gears alright? What happens when you push the clutch in does it grind?

How long have you been driving the car since the rebuild? When did the problems start?.. And for the grinding, sounds like the synchronizers

Also.. when parked, "clear the trans" by going left to right in neutral, put into 5th gear then try 1st again. I wanna know if it engages then

Sounds like the clutch isn't disengaging like it should. I would look into adjusting the clutch master rod. What happens when you put it in gear and start it with the clutch pressed in?

You could try bleeding your clutch the correct way and see if that helps.

Otherwise I now know that when you put in an aftermarket disk they are loud and it sounds like the throw out bearing is catching but after talking to a friend whos car does the same thing apparently they all make noise. It's probably not a good idea to run a puck disk with a stock pressure plate. It is also not a good idea to run a puck disk on a DD. Also did you resurface you stock flywheel to .610?

For the sheared off axel, pull the half shaft out of the way, tape anywhere it looks like drill shavings might get into the differential, drill it and then throw a tap in there or a screw and pull it out. I did this on a tranny I bought that had the spline stuck down in it.

It's not normal for puck clutches to whine. If it is doing it with the pedal out than it has nothing to do with the clutch. Also puck clutches are just fine for stock pressure plates and just fine for daily driving. There are plenty of people running puck clutches in their daily drivers. I will personally never run another full face disk in anything performance related.

^+1 I run a 6 puck in my dd, but not the stock pp. Try bleeding and adjusting your clutch again, and see if that helps.
