Alright i cant find anything thats quite answerig my question to my satisfaction.
But my clutch has been sticking on the way up, so i'm in the process of replacing master and slave cylinder, went ahead and threw in the full braided line as well.
I bought a master and slave from a member on here and after taking my slave off i noticed it was fully extended and you had to apply pressure to make it retract, and it would spring back out. However the one i purchased is all but 1/16" rectracted, you can pull it out but it feels like the boot is what pulls it back closed.
I realize when the clutch is pressed, fluid is pushed into the cylinder, causing it to expand, but what causes it to retract? Is it by its own suction? Or is this "new" one no good?
