Wats up guys I need some help here , my car wont iddle it turns off unless I rev it above addle speed . After this started happening I just been replacing parts that I think could be causing the problem .I replaced the fuel pump , fuel filter and spark plugs .had a bad pvc valve replaced it too but still have the same problem. I hooked up one of those really expensive code readers and only have a cel for the front o2 . Tomorow I'm going to do a boost leak test and try my friends injectors .

Any one has any ideas of what the problem could be ?

Engine has 151000 miles on it can bad compresion cause this .

Note. This started happenin on Saturday night test driving the car after installin a t3t4 turbo (13 psi). I made a second gear pull hit fulll boost but had to make a quick stop at a stop sing and that's the car started to shutoff and run funny

Dont waste your time changing yhe injectors, most likely its not that, soundslike a boost leak somewhere, maybe a coupler blew off or broke, maybe a pipe fell off, check all vacuum lines, if that's not it run a conpression test, most likely its the leak, bump my rep if I was helpful LOL

Do a standard boost leak test. Check that the MAF is still plugged in.

Always do a boost leak test, if you do not know how to make one, here is a link for you.

IC Pipe Tester

Do that, then reply here and let us know what you find.

Reportin back . I found out the problem . I took out the maf and the honeycomb lookin mesh that's in the middle some how came out of place and was blocking the air going in or maybe that mesh makes the air flow going straight so the sensor gets a better reading, but anyways try to fix the honeycomb mesh make it straight as posible and then put some crazy glue with bakin soda so that it dosent come out of place again Its been workin so far. Let's see if it holds
