No matter how much power I wanted to create from my car, I always knew I wanted to keep A/C for summer time. I wanted to use the center of my console for gauges and other aftermarket controls, so the components had to go. Here is what I came up with, and yes its operational.

<a href="http://s216.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/bmxunderground/?action=view&amp;current=10d94b5b.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/bmxunderground/10d94b5b.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Then you aren't thinking hard enough! Read the modification list from my profile. There are: oil pressure, water temp, EGT, Wideband, narrow band 1 and 2, boost gauge, volt meter, and other electronic componets: electronic boost controller, turbo timer, fuel pressure gauge, LED power indicators for the portfueler control box, and more.

And honestly this could be used for people who want to make their interior look a little more modern as well. Clearing out the space in the center for various other items. Imagination can take you where ever..

the two narrow bands help me monitor the life of the OEM sensors. Plus, the narrow bands in tandem can also aid conversely in helping me determine the health of the wideband. When using leaded fuels, widebands can die very quickly, it seems more quickly than the OEM units. (ask the wisemen for more specific details on that)

as the wideband begins to fail, it lingers one way or the other. When it doesn't agree with the other two gauges, I am able to pull it, inspect it, and prepare for replacment. logging, or any type of tuning activity can be ruined by a failing wideband. I like to be extra careful.

Back on subject though, I can be tuning and still have A/C... win!
