I am continuing to learn about using DSMlink V2 as a tuning tool. I have used advice and information to obtain satisfactory adjustments for my WOT driving. Even though I have progressively made adjustments to limit knock, as well as better match my AFRatioEst and WB02 readings while also matching my BoostEST to my boost gauge, I now have WB02 (LC1WB) readings lower than I hoped to achieve at WOT. My WB02 range at WOT is 10.2:1 to 10.5:1, yet I hoped to achieve matching the mentioned values while getting target WB02 readings around 11:1 to 11.2:1 at WOT. Is there something that can be adjusted that would not make it nearly impossible to obtain similar matching of the WB02 and boost gauge values at WOT? With my limited knowledge, whenever I change any of my present settings, whether it involves Global Fuel, or MAF Compensations, the result is detrimental to my idle characteristics, or my matched estimates during WOT. I have never changed my Fuel Adjustment sliders because I have read it would not be advised to adjust both the MAF sliders and the Fuel sliders while tuning. Am I missing some trick, or misunderstanding the effective use of all the sliders?
Thanks for any advice.
