Its clean.. wanna trade? haha just playin, but really looking great. Subscribing for updates!
Looks: My suggestion is to lower it she'd be looking sexy as ever then :thumb:

That thing is clean as hell. I love that color. Have any before pics?

I would put a set of rims on, drop it a bit, and maybe tint the windows.

Well done sir! A little bit of window tint and you are set. Way to keep it clean.

The friendly policemen might like a real license plate to be on there too :)

But really, this thing is clean!! I am not a big fan of the license plate bracket on the front bumper, but that's up to you. And I can't really tell from the picture but it almost looks like your front bumper has tried eating a few parking curbs?

Over all 9.8/10 Keep up the good work, sir!

there is nothing sexier then a clean stock looking dsm, most i would do at this point is maybe lower it.

The one thing I'm wondering is why doesn't the center tail light part say eclipse like it normally does, I like how that looked when I had my eclipse. I think it would be a nice touch since your going for a stock look. Looks damn sharp but I was never a fan of those rims.

Op is offline at the moment but I would say drop it, pm me the price for the gsx wheels and sell it to meLOL

Not sure why some say eclipse and some don't I even open a thread to that question and no one ever really figured it out. I guess some idiot forgot to put it on at the assembly line.

i personally think it looks cleaner without the "eclipse" center section. i did the same to mine.

*edit*

i just removed my decals, its just silver foiled foam and some glue.

The ECLIPSE writing on the center tail light section is a sticker which can be peeled off if the owner feels like removing it. I removed mine with a heat gun and goo gone back in the day and just recently replaced it and painted it black. See pictures below.

The only thing you should do to your car appearance wise is lower it and pull the license plate bracket/or put a license plate on it.

^^ Since we dump so much money in our cars and you have a short name.
Your plates should say CORYFED... can't fit the "e" but you get the pointLOL
I bought my car without the eclipse decal. I hated it. So I went out and bought a spare center section incase I wanted to paint the extra.
But back on topic... "slam it"

WOW i love the Rally Armors gonna get them NOW !!! wow that chages the whole look on the car !! :D i have pics before this just look up my build thread i started a while ago but it died :( but there are a few pics there

LOL no man its a sticker just comes off :)

Andranik this car came a long way since when SpawnedX and me went and saw it. I am very impressed...you wouldn't by any chance have pictures of the rust fix you did would you? We have a 2G that needs similar repair and need ideas.

i don't have any pics of it but all i did was taking of the side skirts i grinded of all of the rusty parts and welding in some pieces of metal and somewhat shaped them to what they looked like and then i primed it and painted it when bed liner stuff i did the whole under neat of it with the truck bed liner ...all You really need is a welder :)

how did u recognize the car :)

How did it look, could you tell it was repaired or was it seemless. If you don't mind I can show you a few pictures of what is going on with the car and let me know what you personally think.

no if u really look u can tell that some one repaired it im not a perfect welder but after a few coats of the bed liner stuff you couldnt tell much unless u were looking for it ... yeah post some pics up man ill see if i can help

As you can see it doesn't look as bad as what you started with, but like any real rust fix, cutting it all out needs to be done, and you can see how far the rust really spreads when you look down into the rocker from inside the car:

well mine was a lil worst than that take the side skirt off and if if thats all first. if thats all the rust that u have i would just cut it making it look neat and paint it... but if you take the side skirts off and see that it goess all the way thru which was my case just cut the whole thing out try and make it was rectangular as possible so when you get new metal it wont be hard to make the same shape the just simply weld it in place and with a hammer kind of shape it to what its suppose to look like remember all the uneven parts are gonna stay under the skirt just make sure your side skirts sit right. i didnt cut the brackets when my side skirt sits on so i didnt have any problems with any alignment and not sitting right

We only have some HF quality welders, do you think it may be a better idea for the owner to get it professionally done or we should be fine with them?

i dont know about any quantification or any of that man i just learned how to weld from my dad and i have been welding quarter inch thick steel. This was my very first time where i had to weld such thin metal but it doesnt look too ugly and its not like the best welds ever in the world but they do the job and no rust for a while... as for the owner of the car is he a costumer are you a shop ? ... just keep in mind i did this for me i didnt care how it looked from under neath the car you know as long as i was rust free and everything held nice a tight i was happy as for the owner i wouldnt know how he would like things done without asking him

No this is SpawnedX's personal car that he is restoring. Thanks for the input, though. I am glad you ended up with this car, cause the previous owner was a clown.
