Hey. I got a new car a couple of days ago. I bought it about 75 miles from my home and the drive home was sweet! These cars can scoot. It's basically stock and has 150k on it. I got it for $2,400 (is that ok?).
I'm not much of a mechanic but I aim to change that starting now. This car has inspired me and I want to tune it up a bit. I think the first thing to address might be the transmission. I didn't notice until I drove it a few times but it makes a stange noise when you let off the gas at higher rpms and grinds occassionally when downshifting.
The body and interior are pretty clean with the exception of the headliner, the rear headrests, and the sunroof doesn't open automatically. Other than that, she's pretty tight. I decided to name her Trixie after Soeed Racer's girlfriend
Anyways, here are some pictures...
Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this site. I look forwarding to learning alot!
