Price List from a few yyears ago , i think they are still the same:
Camping = $24
w/ electric = $29
Cabin = $75
Park Model = $99 (ive stayed in this before..there better then a hotel IMHO)

The hotel right NEXT TO the campgrounds is Motel 6 - i got the phone number/address on the pix - (walking and or drunk stumbling distance)
There should still be room at this hotel.





I will be reserving a few sites and i would be more then happy to book
a site for anyone if they want me to. The basic rules are you can have 2 tents per site and you are suposed to only have 2 cars per site. (this can be pushed)
If you start sharing camp sites with others the cost to camp is almost nothing.
:zmitsubishi: We have camped here for the last 6 years and its always a good time. Its close enough to the hotels that you can still hang out in the parking lots , but far enough away that you can sleep when you want to sleep.

The MIDSM group will be leaving from my house around 12:00-1:00 on Friday if anyone wishes to roll down there with us. I am sure we can get a sub-caravan to my house for people coming from northern Michigan. ( -TunnedDSM- can handle it as he is the reason we leave my house when we do As anyone that came last year knows, there is plenty of room at my house so the more the merrier.

Saturday night around 7:30 ish is the annual dsmer's at CeCe's Pizza Party. Then back to the. Campground for the campfire.

Awesome, can't wait! What time is the first portion of the Shootout usually over by the end of the day on Saturday?

I'll be grilling burgers, and dogs at the Bestwestern around 5-6 on Saturday...eating food and kicking back the beers!!! Can't wait!

It's not that man, I'm in the marines and I get sick of that kinda stuff Bevause we do it all the time so staying in a bed on my vacation time would be a nice change of pace not to mention the awesome 35 hour road trip with the VR4

Hey guy I am going down to the shootout this year for the first time is there anything going on Friday night and saturday night after the shootout

You're in for a treat my friend. Glad to hear you're gonna make it to your first one. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and it will leave you yearning for more.

P.S. Did you paint your car, or is that a different car?

Yeah i keep saying im going and dammit i am this year, i painted her she wont make it, rebuild in progress. Thats my car, fresh paint.

I will be there all weekend. Hopefully in the tsi with the URSLOW plate....if not ill have the eblue srt with cf hood and trunk and the plate that says KNDAFST.

Reservation made at the travel park for a tent site. look for 2 pa plates on a blacked out 90 tsi and a red 99 swapped gsx. Should also have a silver lexus with us with jersey tags. # cars and 6-7 people. Should be a good time. The last three times i went were insane. I'm also not driving out 420 miles on a blown headgasket this year either. I made it home from the shootout that year and sold the car a few months later after i fixed it. I got a hole new chassis and set up for this year. I can't wait to show it off.
