well a friend called telling me if i wanted to buy a CF hood so i asked how much, he said 400 so i passed on the deal. A few days later i found out that they had a gst with cf hood and fenders and some slipstreams at the local scrap so i jumped on my car went to the scrap and they sold it to one of their regulars so they gave me his address. The next day i saw the car and it used to be a buddys of mine that had sold it for $5200 about a year ago(with 7 bolt) so called him and he begged me to bring his car to live so i listened ...so the guy wanted 1000 bucks!!( some drunk) so i laughed and when i was leaving he called me and said 500 with no front end and no rims so we chatted for a while and i ended up trading it for an rs with blown motor and bad ecu. I ended up convincing him that it was easier for him to fix that rs than this.....

well heres the car he kept the rims and hood.... the car has a 6 bolt swap(guy that did it couldnt make it run he said it had no spark!!!! ahahaha

I HATE when i see 1g's and 2g's rusting, and being sent to the crushers!

well i was looking at the car today and i found it has blitz turbo timer aem wideband and a prosport boost gauge the balance shaft removed and ARP headstuds but the cams dont look original from factory...reason im saying is because the originals came with a b a an h engraved dont they? heres a pic of this cams they have rc/11 and the intake has r9/12

maybe oem replacements but if someone can help me identify them that would be great

well just went a traded the hood for a $40 dollar sterio and a prepaid $25 tmobile cellphone for the hood!! i also went with the guy that actually took all the parts off from the car and i saw the bumper their no one was there so i just left a note he also had a 1gb gsx bumper and a rear diff i hope he didnt take a gsx to the scrap

Ive been wanting to go to the Wednesday cruise. They have told me that the cruise gets very good. I cant today, I'm am at the moment leaving out of town ..

Im jealous.

well spoke to the guy that had the bumper and i got the bumper and MAS from him and the 1g bumper. The reason he scrapped both cars was because he needed cash asap because his house was getting forclosured and he had 30 days to get out...i felt bad so i gave him 100 bucks for both bumpers and the MAS...

Good news for me i lifted the car and it also has a aftermarket flywheel i will be selling that 6 bolt FWD if anyone is interested...

SO while we were talking he told me this car was at a junk yard and got it from their with no engine. The guys at the junk yard lifted the car with a forklift from the front by stabbing the forks thru the FMIC, AC con. and radiator . So got the used the 6 bolt from his 1g and put it on the 2g(this car only has bent valves...and he showed me a picture of his 1g at remember seeing it at a legit shop here in town called SPEED FACTORY and he paid to get his bottom end fully build so if that is true it should have..

well i decided not to take out the enigne but i did take the head off and oil pan it had 6 bent valves but great news block is great well it more than great it felt like christmas all over again

thanks to VTEC_THIS found out i had Wiseco (9.0:1) .20 over and it also has Eagle "h" beam rods ARP main and rods bolts
