Check out this nutty new designed inlet. Builders are claiming a 200HP increase in their 2000HP engine with the use of this inlet on their supercharger. They are spinning the air in the inlet the opposite direction the blower compressor is turning. This allows the blades to take larger "bites" of air. If the inlet directed the air in the same direction of flow this would help to reduce surge.

Seems alot like the rifled intake piping I was suggesting a while back using this cheap 3" PVC piping.
Not that I think the same results would apply to our tiny turbos, but I'm sure some gains could be had.
