i was wondering if anyone has one and wasit hared to install ?
i am thinking about gettin one soon

It was simple, The instructions are clear, i got mine in in about 45 min by myself, and I have no wiring experience. Just need to find the right wires (color coded tells you which ones in the instructions) Cut splice and done(i wraped mine in high heat electrical wire to be safe) But it is fairly simple. You will have a harder time trying to figure out were to shift the car then installing it. But in the end you will be satisfied cause i was:) And you can also hook it up to to paddle shifters.

ok thanks i might have to get my friend to do it i am a bit color blind :/ and you can do paddle shifters ?

Yeah, it has a 3.5mm jack so you can wire it in yourself (two channels and a ground) to whatever setup you can come up with. Some people have spliced it into their left and right horn buttons last I heard.

It's easy it comes with straight forward instructions..It took TIm 45 minutes..Damm it took me 45 minutes even after I had to run to the harware store..LOL

Glad to see you got it Tim!!

Best mod for auto guys by far!!

Do not go into first untill your stopped..The car will want to chirp all 4 tires if you shift into first too soon..So don't try that..

does anyone have pics of the auto shift box ? and their set upp ?

Yes get used to hardshifts until you find out were to shift it right

it has it to where you dont have to press the button for it to shift right ? and if so how do you change it for one to the other

you also have the ability to have a switch to turn it off so you can shift normally and this is the next mod im getting no qestions.

Uh, do you have the same TCU and solenoid setup as the 4G63 guys?
Also, you can switch it off, but you lose control over everything, and you have to turn the car off and back on before the TCU will take over.

I dont have a tcu and cant find a good one so that is why I got the box.

well i bought a box last night i will kept you all updated :)

if you need anything pm me or some of the other members that have the box, Its not to hard but even I had a question to ask. Also I forgot were it is, but there is a wiring diagrahm of all the wires that go into the TCU, just do a little digging and you could find it. I printed it up and it helped allot if your not good at color matchingROFL but it also helps to make sure you are cutting the right wire.

the box came in today i just need to find my TCU and change my Tranny fluid i might go with Royal Purple ? or is there any other segstions

got it installed tonight it is wonderfull i just need to find the shift points and if anyone have a shifter hook to it post some pictures
