130 dollars i think worth spending

Well Im already half way through the deployment and time is flying by it seems. Not too much crazy shit going on where I am right now just alot of incoming at night that gets pretty close(100meters or so) and shakes my building every now and then. But Im doing great and having a good time here. Thanks for all the support again guys!!

I can't give you pointers or advice, but I can tell you a friend who just finished his tour in Kabul said things are getting much better there as far as safety-wise. I hope that brings you some reassurance. Thanks for what you do for our country, you have my best wishes.

Glad to hear it bro! Enjoy your block leave when you get back. As for me.. stuck in Northern Afghanistan for another 9 months, . Iraq was funner I think..

Iraq was a blast in comparison to Afghanistan. It was like being in the lawless wild west back in 05-06. Congrats on completing a tour without any injuries or anything. Have fun at home but dont go nuts.
