yeah My fan switch will not turn on. This is how I wired it. It is a slim fan. Also I relocated my fuse block in the glove box everythings running fine but I can't constanly run power to the fan. That's why I wanted a switch. Anyway when I turn the switch on nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Glad you got it figured out, but using a switch to take the load instead of the relay sounds like a fire hazard (maybe not at 50 amps for the holding ability but still)

I have my fan on a toggle through the stock wiring harness (or what's left after converting to stand alone way back when) but one thing you can do is snip the wire at the ECU for "hi fans" and ground it..that way anytime the key is on the fans are running (the mainone anyway)

the reason i recomend this is we all think "oh i'll never forget the fan, i'm too intellegent" which most of us and i'm sure you are as well if you're taking on this venture to start with. btu there's those days when you're in a hurry something happened, emergency etc.. and nect thing you know the temp gauge is pointing way up in the air.. and it only takes once for a few minutes.. not to mention if the switch isn't out of the way of everything it could be turned off by accident and hurt you as well.. The only reason i took it from the hatlech's control is i wanted the optional output for other reasons (i've used EVERYONE of them at this point LOL )
