Hello Tuners.

I'm in the process of going with 560cc-evo 9, T28, AFPR, 255hp-Pump, Pump re-wiring.. I have been told to go with Ecu-Flash since my '98 GST ecu can be flash,.. But i don't want too i want to go different way with my setup, all i want is to control Fuel with-out splicing into ECU, so no SAFC*..

I Was shopping around and found this AEM FUEL IGNTION CONRTOLLER (F/IC) on stm tuned, it comes with a harness ready plug and play to ecu (no splicing),.. i was wondering if anyone has yet used this. I am getting it for very cheap, which is why i am not going with DSM Link..

if you know of this product the cons and pos.

Why would you not want to flash? When properly learned you can do quite a bit with it and all you need is an openport 2.0 cable and a mitsu reflash connector. But if you really just refuse to learn how to flash the for another 100$ you can get ecm link v3 however youll also need an eprom ecu.

...since you own a '97 gst, this is going to be a good conversation..

now ok..... openport 2.0 cable and a mitsu reflash connector.. what is it going for? and do i need to send my ecu? also just to put it in will i be able to just tune Fuel and Ignition with it. any splicing necessary? and how well is it? i may go for this..

This:You need a minimum of a WideBand and a Logger.(THE LOGGER HIS TALKING ABOUT HERE IS IT THIS ONE: As of now the only Logging software that works with the OP2.0 is EvoScan. -> EvoScan OBDII Mitsubishi MUTII DataLogger Scantool>>>??? BECAUSE I ALLREADY HAVE THE WIDEBAND AEM SENSOR, IM JUST NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE LOGGER HIS TALKING ABOUT..
