What about a change of track location? I don't know all the strips around here but I hear that there are a few with TNT on Sat.

I'll be honest, The closer to Columbia the better for me. Well actually, the closer to Anderson the better, but that wouldn't be very fair to all of you living in the southern part of the state. I will meet anywhere the rest want to meet, but I think Cola is gonna be about midway for most of us. Unless I'm the only one from the upstate. I think I might be... That sux a big one

It's almost two hours for me... Darlington is between 3 and 4 depending on traffic. Let's face it, there is not going to be any perfect location for all of us. As I said, we can meet anywhere you guys decide it doesn't matter to me.

There is small track I have here in Elgin. Between Columbia and Camden. It's not a big track and its 1/8 mile, but its perfect for test and time and grudge.

not so much a meet location, but F.Y.I. the drop jaw big show is in rockingham the first weekend in june, Ill be there for sure. car show, camping, drag racing, and drunken stage events...who could beat that.

I live 20 mins from GA. If i went to Darlington it would take me about 4 hours at the least to get there man LOL. You can't comeplain about a 2, and a half hour drive. It doesnt have to be a track for us to meet at like ive been trying to say for the past month. We could meet up find something some where in SC, and do it together hang out see each others cars maybe get some food (those old enough maybe a couple beers) Even if it's a damn BBQ at someones house with a pool i'm game. I know i will have my pool over this way ready in about 1-2 months if that.

Well I'm original from the valley. If we do it in Elgin, it will only be about 1- 1.5 hours away.

I plotted each persons location. Makes it a little clearer. I messed up on Hannah though, but you all get the picture...

Can you go and mark all the drag strips and any other places we could possibly meet with a different color marker? I know there is ones in Jackson, Pageland, Darlington, and there is one in my town, so you could mark one over my star as well.

Darlington is closest for the majority and Elgin is in the middle for everyone.

I'll be actually going to the Elgin track June 3rd to meet a few non-DSM friends. There will be an '03 Mach 1, '05 Mustang GT running nitrous, 350z, and V8 S-10 just to name a few, if anyone else wants to join me on that day. Be like a pre-meet meet. Lol

My place is marked wrong on the map, Hanahan is down by Charleston so I'm the farthest South. For a weekend meet I don't want to have to drive much farther north than Columbia. Also I just shipped my transmission to TRE today so it will be a few weeks before I get it back and installed.

So Elgin, or Columbia are looking the best for all of us who are serious!

BTW, I GOT MY NEW CAR CHECK MY PROFILE OUT : ) im trying to change my default picture, but i cant figure out how to do so. Can someone tell me
