When I met my girlfriend she was into Honduhs, changed her own oil, did small maintenance stuff, etc. Well, one day she got re-ended in a traffic accident and her Integra was totalled. Long story short I talked her into a 90 TSi AWD. She does most of the things she is capable of doing herself. She bought a black leather interior and swapped it herself, changes her own oil, etc. Best of all she wants to learn how to do other things so she can do them herself and not have to rely on me or someone else.. And she only drives manual, and doesn't care for automatics!

Yeah, my girlfriend is getting her first car soon and she is trying to convince her parents into letting her get a 3kgt vr4. She drools over them. If not that then a 95 gsx.

Typical forum response. I'm happily married with a babygirl, noob. I'm being real. Back when I was more active in the car-scene, every cute car-chick was very well-known, everyone wanted them, they hopped from guy-to-guy all the time. I was had by one many years ago.

I just don't trust women with such targets on their back. Not like a tramp-stamp, but you get what I mean. Unless this one totally keeps to herself, then that's a good start. The one's active in meets, races all that jazz, that should be self-explanatory where the massive possibility for failure lurking. Like you're the only car-guy who wants a car-chick? What if a nice guy with a TT Supra comes along? Car-girls are impressed a lot by nice cars like were are. Just be careful, that's all I was saying.
