started it up and continued my quest on how many trips to safeway i can make on $7 in gas... so far its been an improvement over winter! ive made seven trips so far, whereas i'd get around ten for $20

TPS adjustments are great on auto's

not all today but this was the last weeks work

removed all the rear subframe
dropped the gas tank
removed all the brake and fuel lines
cleaned and painted all the brake lines
degreased the bottom of the car
removed the front wheel bearings to regrease and inspect them
pressed in the new energy suspension bushings

New transmission seal, new tie rod ends, and a car wash. Then went cruising and met some new DSMers! It was an awesome day.

spent 3 hours replacing my OEM motor mounts with Poly mounts.
Only could only installed the Front and rear because i had to go to work. The rear one was a PITA.

Couple min Late

But Went to a dyno day an put the 1g on the rollers... Then found out my Fuel pump was dropping off pressure ):

Re-balanced all tires, did a tire rotation, and 4WD Alignment - toe and camber within specs now, the car sails smoothly.

Thankfully car is running strong, 4K on complete engine rebuild....boost 20lbs daily on my 16G with complete A/C, power steering and cruise control :)

Next I want to replace the driveshaft carrier bearings and bushings...anyone done this?

* Upgraded fuel lines from tank to rail
* Installed Fuel Labs filter
* Installed DG coilovers
* I modified front A-Arms
* Installed new rear trailing arm
* Set ride-height
* Painted & baked EVO9 brembos

Should be back on the road within the week . . .

Opened my hood and looked at the empty bay. MAybe ill get enough motivation next week to take something off of it.

I replaced the bent/broken side mount intercooler. Replaced the lower portion of the air filter housing. I started to wash and wax it and then the rain came. Bought a used engine w/62K miles out of a 99 Eagle Talon.

Wired lc1 to ecu for ecmlink, fixed wb wiring, fixed sirius set up new altenator, replaced power steering pump, removed turbo.

Tried to drill out the "easy out extractor" since it snapped on me while I tried to extract the broken exhaust manifold stud last week. I Can't wait to grind it down to fairy dust. Sigh

Didn't really do anything to it, but I drove 700km round trip to look at a Mustang GT with a friend and got 30 imp. mpg (25 US mpg). Pretty good for a stock AWD! :hellyeah:

Yesterday and today I put a total of over 900 km!

Took my door apart and removed the window. Cleaned the window and slider rails, lubricated everything and put it all back together... done this about 4 or 5 times in the past. I do this every time it gets to the point where I have to pull the window up with my hand while pressing the buttom.

1G owners know just how wonderful our windows are :banghead:

Moved it back into the shop now that the threat of spring flooding is gone, and cleaned it up and covered it. I also received my brand new 2Gb Talon bumper and emblem in the mail. :D
